Nurbaag

Nurbaag

An organic food store built so the owner adds the products — stock WooCommerce, an editable shop page, and a back office simple enough to hand over.

Food is bought on trust. The product pages carry what a buyer of ghee or honey actually checks — what it is, where it comes from, how much you get — and the about page tells the story behind the brand rather than reciting features.

The part that matters after launch is the back office. A food shop changes its stock constantly, so the build was judged on whether the owner could add a product without help. That screen is in the set below, on purpose.

Key features of this build

  • Full WooCommerce store — shop, product, cart and checkout on stock plugins, no custom commerce code
  • Product pages with the detail a food buyer checks before ordering
  • Shop page laid out for a catalogue that changes weekly
  • Back office the owner can actually use — adding a product is a form, not a support ticket
  • About page carrying the origin story, which is what sells an organic brand
  • Contact page for wholesale and bulk enquiries
  • How we built it

  • Started from the handover: decided what the owner must be able to do alone, then built backwards from it.
  • Kept the commerce layer stock so plugin updates never become a rebuild.
  • Wrote the product template around trust signals rather than around specifications.
  • Walked the owner through adding a product, changing a price and taking an order before calling it done.
  • Built with
