More booked HVAC calls — not just a better-looking website.
Digibro is a remote growth partner for HVAC companies with 5–50 technicians. We audit where calls are leaking, fix the website, the Google profile and the follow-up, then keep improving it every month. You get booked jobs reported back to you — not a design invoice.
- Written audit back in 3 business days
- No contract, no sales pitch
- Built on WordPress you own

Three reasons an HVAC phone stays quiet in peak season
Almost every contractor we audit is losing calls in one of these three places. The fix is different in each case — which is why we audit before we quote.
Not found
You rank in the town your office sits in and nowhere else. No page for each service area, no page for each system type, a Google Business Profile with the wrong categories, and nothing an AI assistant can quote when someone asks it who to call.
Fixed by: Local SEO · service-area pages · GBP optimisation · AEO/GEO
Not trusted
Stock photos of someone else’s technician. No licence or insurance details, no financing, no named reviews, no photos of your own trucks and installs. A homeowner about to spend $8,000 on a system needs more proof than a phone number.
Fixed by: proof system · review engine · real photography · service content
Not converted
The phone number isn’t tappable, the quote form asks nine questions, the page takes four seconds on 4G, and after-hours enquiries sit unread until morning — by which time the homeowner has booked whoever answered first.
Fixed by: conversion optimisation · speed work · speed-to-lead automation
HVAC demand is not flat, so your marketing shouldn’t be either
Search interest for emergency HVAC terms multiplies during the first cold snap and the first heatwave. The contractors who win those weeks had their pages, profile and follow-up ready 60 days earlier.
Peak-month search volume vs annual average, US. Source: WebFX / Ahrefs seasonal home-services data. The "AC installation" figure is illustrative of the flatter, planned-purchase pattern.
60 days before the season
Service-area and system pages published and indexed, GBP posts scheduled, review count climbing, maintenance-plan offer live.
During the peak
Speed-to-lead automation on, after-hours text-back running, ad spend pointed at emergency intent, capacity shown honestly on the page.
The shoulder months
Maintenance-plan campaigns to your existing list, install content for planned purchases, and the audit work for the next peak.
The Digibro growth system, applied to an HVAC business
The same seven steps every month. Nothing gets built before we know which number it is supposed to move.
Business goals
Installs or service calls? Residential or light commercial? Which trucks are underused, and what does a booked job actually earn you? The marketing plan starts from your numbers, not from a package.
Audit
Website, mobile speed, forms, call handling, Google Business Profile, reviews, competitors in each service area, and how you appear in AI answers. Delivered as a written walkthrough with a prioritised list.
Growth opportunities
We rank the findings by revenue impact against effort — the cheap fixes that pay this month, and the structural work that pays over the season.
Strategy
A 90-day plan: which pages get built, which service areas get targeted, which offers go live, and what happens to a lead in the first five minutes after it arrives.
Execution
WordPress build or rebuild, landing pages, local SEO, GBP work, content, automation. You own the site, the domain, the analytics and the CRM — not us.
Measurement
GA4, call tracking and form tracking set up so every booked job is traceable to a source. One monthly report in plain English: calls, forms, booked jobs, cost per lead.
Monthly optimisation
Every month we take the next item off the list, ship it, and measure it. That is the partnership — not a redesign every three years.
Six things that move an HVAC company’s lead volume
Bought together as a monthly partnership, or one at a time if you’d rather start small.
Website & landing pages
A fast WordPress site built around booking a call: tappable phone, short quote form, service-area pages, financing and maintenance-plan pages, seasonal landing pages for campaigns.
Local SEO & Google Business Profile
Categories, services, photos, Q&A, posts and NAP consistency, plus a page for each town you actually serve — so you show up in the map pack outside your home city.
AEO & GEO
Structured data, clear answer-shaped content and citable pages, so ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews can name your company when a homeowner asks who to call.
Conversion optimisation
Speed work, form surgery, sticky call bars, proof placement, offer clarity. Usually the cheapest lead source you have, because the traffic is already arriving.
AI automation & speed to lead
Missed-call text-back, instant form replies, after-hours capture, appointment reminders and review requests — so a lead never waits for office hours.
Content & reviews
Seasonal guides, system-choice explainers, and a review engine that asks every happy customer at the right moment and responds to what comes back.
Service-area pages
Call tracking
GA4 + events
Schema markup
Core Web Vitals
Financing pages
Maintenance plans
Review requests
Missed-call text-back
Email & SMS follow-up
Google Ads support

What unanswered calls cost you in one quarter
Most HVAC offices miss calls during dispatch, on jobs, and after hours. Put your own numbers in — the maths is simple and it is usually the biggest single number on the audit.
Revenue left on the table this quarter
—
Missed-call text-back and instant form replies typically recover a meaningful share of this within weeks — it is the first automation we set up, because it pays for the rest of the work.
Show me my leaksHomeowners are starting to ask an AI who to call
Search is splitting. Some of your future customers will never see ten blue links — they will read one answer and dial the company named in it. Getting quoted in that answer takes different work than ranking: clean structured data, content written as answers, consistent facts across the web, and reviews an AI can actually read.
Answer Engine Optimisation
Your services, service areas, hours, pricing signals and licences expressed in structured data and plain answer-shaped copy, so an assistant can quote you without guessing.
Generative Engine Optimisation
Being present and consistent where models source local trade recommendations — directories, review platforms, your own citable pages — not just on page one of Google.
Measured, not assumed
We track which assistants mention you for your core questions in your metro, and report the change month to month like any other channel.
Straight answer: AI-search visibility is a young discipline and nobody can promise a ranking in an AI answer. We treat it as an early advantage worth building while it is cheap, not as a replacement for local SEO that already works.
Three ways to start
Most contractors start with the free website teardown, fix the build, then move to a monthly partnership once the tracking is honest.

What we will and won’t claim
We publish client results only with permission and only with the tracking to back them up. Until the current HVAC engagements finish, this section stays honest and empty rather than decorated with invented numbers.
[EDIT] Case study slot 1
Before/after screenshots, the specific changes shipped, and the tracked change in calls and booked jobs over a named period.
[EDIT] Case study slot 2
Same format. Collect the data, screenshots and a client quote at handover — that is when it is easiest to get.
In the meantime, the closest thing to proof is the work itself: read our insights and judge whether we know your business.
Straight answers before you book a call
Do you only work with HVAC companies?
No — we work across home services, including roofing, plumbing, remodeling and cleaning. HVAC is where most of our current work sits, which means the seasonal patterns, the service-area structure and the lead-handling problems are already familiar.
We already have a website. Do we have to start over?
Usually not. If the site is on WordPress and reasonably built, fixing speed, structure, forms and content is faster and cheaper than a rebuild. The audit tells you which situation you are in, and we will say so plainly even when the answer earns us less.
How long until we see more calls?
Conversion and speed-to-lead fixes can change your booked-job count within weeks, because the traffic already exists. Local SEO and content work typically take 60–120 days to show clearly, and HVAC’s own sales cycle runs 30–90 days on top of that.
Who owns the website and the accounts?
You do. The domain, hosting, WordPress site, Google Business Profile, analytics and ad accounts stay in your name. If we ever part ways, nothing switches off.
Are we locked into a contract?
The monthly partnership runs month to month after the initial engagement. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to a year.
You’re remote — does that matter for a local business?
The work is digital: your website, your Google profile, your follow-up. What matters is response time and reporting, not a local office. We work US hours for calls and reporting, and everything we ship is documented so your team can see it.
Do you run Google Ads too?
We support ads and make sure the landing pages and tracking behind them are right. If your site converts at 3% and your competitor’s converts at 7%, fixing the site is cheaper than doubling the ad budget — that is usually the first recommendation.
What do you need from us?
Access to your site and Google profile, an hour a month on a call, and real photos of your team, trucks and installs. The photography is the single thing we cannot do for you and it changes how the site performs.
What happens after the audit?
You get the written audit first. On the call we go through the priority list, you ask questions, and if there is nothing worth paying us for, we say so and you keep the list.
See exactly where your HVAC leads are leaking — before you spend anything
A written walkthrough of your website, Google Business Profile and lead handling, with a prioritised fix list. Three business days. No pitch attached; if the answer is “your site is fine, spend the money on reviews”, that is what you will hear.
- Mobile speed and Core Web Vitals
- Form, phone and after-hours handling tested like a homeowner
- Google Business Profile and map-pack visibility
- Two competitors in your metro, compared side by side
- Whether AI assistants can find and name you
